Booking, reservation and cancellation conditions:

When booking, the guest must transfer 30% of the rental price to Sonja Postel after 14 days (date applies from the date the rental agreement is sent by e-mail). Cancelation Times:

49 days before rental start 25% of the rental price, 35 days before rental start 35% of the rental price,

21 days before rental start 50% of the rental price, 14 days before rental start 100% of the rental price.

Irrespective of this, a processing fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged in the event of cancellation.

It is always advisable to take out a travel cancellation insurance for the safety of the guest.

Guest obligations

The guest is obliged to report any damage immediately to the landlord or send an email to to send. Damages must be paid directly to the landlord.

Guests commit themselves that given name and address are correct and have to prove this by a passport or ID card. With the booking confirmation the guest accepts the general terms and conditions of our service.
