Spacious and well appointed, this house is ideal for large families or for a group of families or friends holidaying together. There are five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and guest toilet, a wonderful large lounge with traditional fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a private terrace. There are sea-views from both terraces. Outdoors there is a pergola, dining area and barbeque and a choice of lounging areas: beside the pool, in the quiet of the courtyard or under the shade of the olive trees.
Located close to the centre of the village of Kastelir, the villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside in an area famed for its wineries and olive groves and for the activities of walking, cycling and hang gliding. Restaurants, café bars and markets are within walking distance.
A short drive brings you to a number of beautiful beaches and the clear Adriatic Sea. The historic town of Porec is a short drive away, as are the historic towns of Rovinj, Motovun, Groznan and Buzet, famed for its truffles. Pula, with its famous Roman Arena, is an ideal day out. For children, there are two newly opened waterparks close by, as well as dolphin watching and water sports.
Bike tours through the wine region, simply fantastic. Everywhere you can taste delicious olive oil, cheese, ham and of course wine. The water parks can be reached in a few kilometers The house is ideal for large families or up to 3 families of friends as a holiday home. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of Istria. Bicycles can be parked.
